Refund & Returns Policy

KOVARA is operated by Kovara Pty Ltd (ABN 60 696 728 944).

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the product:

  • is unused and unopened;
  • is in its original packaging;
  • is in a resalable condition; and
  • has not been specially ordered, customised, cut to length or manufactured to customer requirements.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning change-of-mind items to KOVARA.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Please contact sales@kovaratrading.com before returning any product. We will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us at sales@kovaratrading.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Where applicable, KOVARA will provide a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Special and Custom Orders

Special-order, customised, cut-to-length or made-to-order products cannot be returned for change of mind.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

The ACCC specifically states that businesses can't use terms such as blanket "no refunds" rules to remove consumer-guarantee rights, which is why the ACL carve-out above is important
